We are based in Rosehill and work right across Sydney — Parramatta and the Hills District, the Inner West, the Eastern Suburbs, the North West, Ryde, Strathfield, Canterbury-Bankstown and the Sutherland Shire. If you are not sure whether we reach you, just call and ask.
Is the measure and quote really free?
Yes. The measure and quote are free and there is no obligation. We come to site, measure properly, look at the subfloor and access, and give you a written quote — not a guess over the phone.
Do I need strata approval to put new flooring in my apartment?
In almost all cases yes, if you are installing hard flooring. Most flooring jobs are treated as a minor renovation, which usually means a short application to the owners corporation. We give you the product details and acoustic test reports to attach to it.
What warranty do you offer?
We warrant both the materials and the installation. The exact material warranty depends on the product you choose, and we will put it in writing with your quote.
Are your flooring products certified?
Yes. Our products are NSW Authority acoustic certified, tested for emissions and formaldehyde compliance, and NSW certified anti-slip. Certificates and test reports are available on request.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We trade as Green Home-Expert Flooring, the legal entity is Green Home Solutions Services Pty Ltd, ABN 86 622 006 857, and we are a licensed NSW contractor. We provide our licence details directly to clients on request. We carry public liability and workers compensation insurance and can provide current certificates of currency on request.
